I’m engaged and have been blessed with 3 children and 1 granddaughter.
I love working in such a wonderful office and being able to greet patients as they come in the door. I feel so fortunate to work with a doctor I admire and respect.

Nancee Albright, NP
Hi, my name is Nancee Albright. I am thrilled to bring my 35 years of nursing experience to Dr. Cova’s team at The Complete Women’s Practice. My greatest enjoyment is interacting with patients and getting to know their families. My husband and I live in a farm area near Cincinnati, where we garden, and ride ATV’s with our 4 sons. I also like to read and travel.
Jammie Herman, RN
Hi my name is Jammie Herman. I have been married for 11 years and have 2 amazing children. Since moving to Dayton and joining Dr. Cova’s team a year ago, I’ve felt like part of the “family.” I bring 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the OB/GYN field to The Complete Women’s Practice. My specialty areas prior to joining the practice were obstetrics, Labor & Delivery, and Postpartum Care. My greatest enjoyment is having the opportunity to help and care for each and every patient.
Nikki Clark, RN
Hi, my name is Nikki Clark. I bring 6 years of experience as a Registered Nurse to the team. I have experience in Pediatric Surgical Care, as well as Adult Care Units. Most recently, I worked in Austin, Texas as a Laser Specialist, using Candela and Cynosure lasers. I feel very honored to be a part of this amazing team, and am excited to incorporate all the amazing Med-Spa services we offer to our current and future clientele!
Dianna Woods, Practice Manager
Hi! My name is Dianna Woods. I have 25 years experience as a Registered Nurse with a strong focus in OB/GYN. I feel privileged to work alongside such a talented team whose passion is providing excellent care for women of all ages. My husband and I enjoy biking in the summer and snow skiing in the winter. I am the proud mother of two wonderful boys, Wayne and Jeremy. In addition to my passion for women’s healthcare I love all things Westies!
